It also prevents hot spots and burning in corners since the 5mm aluminium core stretches to all edges of the pan. This core is covered with an 18/0 stainless steel layer, which complements the high quality 18/10 stainless steel body. The outer of the pan has a beautiful mirror shine to it whilst the interior is satin for easy cleaning. Suitable for all cooktops including induction, the Baccarat Capri + 20cm Frypan is ideal for all home chefs. Ergonomically designed cast stainless steel handles with silicone are comfortable to hold. It also means that the entire pan is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 180C.
